An immaculate and tastefully furnished villa situated in the private domaine of Sguret just one kilometre from the village of Les Adrets on the edge of the Esterel National Park area. Villa Hermione is within easy reach of the coast and all the renowned resorts along the Cte dAzur. The village of Les Adrets has shops, restaurants, a post office and tennis courts with golf, walking and riding nearby. Boating is within a short distance to Lac St Cassien where you can hire pedaloes and swim, picnic on the banks or sample any of the several restaurants along the shoreline. The villa is the permanent home of the owners and therefore has everything needed for a luxurious holiday. Furnishings are attractive and comfortable and there is a very spacious living room with sitting and dining areas with three sets of sliding patio doors leading to the pool terrace. Here there is a wide dining verandah running the full length of the villa and overlooking the pool with the panoramic views of the verdant landscape below and the Mediterranean in the distance. Adjoining the living room is a conservatory and at the other side a lovely kitchen that is a chefs delight. All appliances are Gaggenau. Stairs from the living room lead up to a mezzanine landing and off this is the master bedroom with large double bed and TV, bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC, walk-in clothes storage cupboard and private roof terrace/solarium. The other bedrooms are on the ground floor or pool level and all have windows and access to the pool terrace. There are two further bathrooms on this floor to serve these three bedrooms, one having a shower cubicle as well as bath and WC. Separate WC. The configuration of the bedrooms here is one double, a second double with sofa bed and a third twin bedded room. There is satellite TV, video & DVD, table tennis, darts, BBQ and a selection of pool furniture available. There is a large double garage. Phone is limited to in-coming calls. Baby-sitting and service of a cook available. Because of the design of some of the stairways and terraces the property is not suitable for children under 5. A superb property with everything a home-from-home should be with excellent views in a tranquil sunny domaine.

Prices includes:
- Normal use of electricity, water & gas
- Weekly maid service visit per week & end of stay cleaning
- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
