This is a holiday home that has been in the same family for nearly five decades and as such has olde worlde charm and sentimental value. The villa has a welcoming homely atmosphere and is just a very short walk to the most famous beach on Cap dAntibes, La Garoupe. Here there are all watersports available, waterskiing, donuts, flying fish, parasailing and many more with waterside restaurants and their private beaches. It is an idyllic spot for just chilling out. The villa has a large salon/dining room, with access to a verandah where there is a large dining table to eat outside. Kitchen is a typical mix and match of the 50s with oven, hob, fridge and an array of cupboards hoarding pots, pans and a broad spectrum of other serving dishes. Access to small vine-covered terrace from kitchen with breakfast coin for 2. This charming restful villa is arranged on two levels and offers a total of seven beds. The main floor sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms which are on the same floor as the salon. One Master double bedroom/twin with en suite wash basin and bidet. This opens onto a vine-covered terrace. The other bedroom is a twin with singles that could be made up as a second double. Adjacent to both bedrooms is the main family bathroom. Bath with shower and basin. Separate WC. On the garden level, there are two further bedrooms each with en suite shower which have been newly decorated this year to provide additional accommodation for up to 3 extra people.One double or twin and a single. Entrance to this lower apartment is from the garden rather than internally and therefore if the villa is occupied by 4 people only these bedrooms will not be made available. Alternatively at a slightly extra cost, they will be open for use. Please ask for the additional premium payable. This is a house to retreat to after a hard day at the beach, sip aperitifs on the roof terrace watching the sun setting and then sink into comfy sofas in the living room after that late candle-lit dinner on the terrace.

For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
