Theoule is an extremely picturesque village nestling on the Estrel coast only 15 kilometres from Cannes. It boasts two crescent beaches, superb water sports, excellent restaurants both on the beach and in the village, as well as a variety of local shops with two supermarkets, bakery, local butcher and several boutiques. If you dont have a car there is a regular bus service and local train station, making trips to Cannes, Nice and Monte Carlo and beyond very accessible. During the Summer there are often local festivities in the main square and on the beach, as well as many national commemorative firework displays. The Villa Rouge is a recently built villa on the hillside overlooking Thoule with spectacular unrestricted panoramic sea views (from every room) across the bay to Cannes. The garden is terraced and planted with small shrubs and a flight of steps lead down to the pool that also faces across the Bay of Cannes. Being on a terraced site there are few garden areas for children to play but there is a safe very large terrace of approximately 40m plus the car driveway to the villa as well as a second large terrace from one of the bedrooms on the middle floor. On the ground level there is a large walled patio the full width of the villa. The villa is less than 6 years old and so all the fixtures and fittings therefore benefit from this newness. The villa is spread over three floors and has an internal 8 person lift to all floors as well as a tiled staircase. The entrance level comprises hallway, lift entrance, staircase down and externally the very large terrace with panoramic views, perfect for meals, cocktail reception or just absorbing the view. Descending to the middle floor there are three double bedrooms with ample wardrobe facilities. One double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and WC, a second and third double bedroom share the facilities of an adjacent bathroom and separate WC. Access from one bedroom is to the private middle sun terrace/breakfast patio. Ground floor accommodation is spacious and light. Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and WC. - One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
