Situated in between Valbonne and Biot village, this villa is modern in character with extensive gardens, flat lawns and a superb 12 x 6 metre pool ideal for children as it is fenced. There is a solar-powered shower adjacent to the pool and paved sun-bathing areas. Also externally there is a car port that can accommodate up to 4 cars with other open parking space too. All the main living rooms face onto the pool terrace. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and dining area measuring 80m. Above, there is an open mezzanine that can be used as a second sitting area or study. Returning to the lower floor, the kitchen next to the dining area has green and lemon Provenal style kitchen units housing micro-wave, electric oven, dish-washer, ceramic hob with halogen/radiant rings, and large fridge/freezer. Washing machine is in a utility room adjacent. Kitchen has access to the large barbecue terrace in front of the pool. The main bedroom is on the ground floor with en suite bathroom, twin vanitory unit, shower cubicle and separate W.C. Access to the pool terrace. On the upper floor, there are three further bedrooms, two ideal for children because of the rainbow and sky decor and colours. One of these has bunks in green and turquoise, with balcony overlooking the pool. Adjacent to this bedroom is the bathroom shared with the other child's bedroom. Bathroom is pale pink and turquoise. The second chlld's bedroom is the 'starlight' room with upper level bunk bed and sofa bed under the suspended bunk. This bedroom overlooks the garden. The third upper floor bedroom is suitable for adults with a double bed and en suite shower and wash basin.Spacious, pretty, large gardens, safe for children and accessible to the coast and all major sights of the Cte d'Azur.

- One set of linen & towels per person is included for each person booked to stay at a villa, and the beds will be made-up before your arrival
For bookings of two weeks or longer, clients may either wash this original set of linen and towels themselves, or if preferred, they can bring their own linen with them. Alternatively, we can rent additional sets at £18.00/person.
